Aqua Sphere Swim Pull Buoy

Description

Take the legs out of the stroke and any fault in the catch and pull shows up within a length. The Aquasphere Pull Buoy sits between the thighs and stops the kick, so the arms and torso have to carry the swimmer, which isolates the arm motion to improve stroke form and build strength and tone. It is shaped from high density EVA foam into an ergonomic figure of eight that is easy to grip with the legs, and holding it in place asks the core for stability as well. Like the matching kickboard it is durable and will not waterlog. Coaches use it for a technique block focused on hand entry, a distance swimmer adds a pull set to build upper body endurance, and a masters swimmer uses it to keep an aerobic set going on a heavy leg day.
