Arctic Sock

Description

Separate the liner from the outer and both dry overnight instead of one sitting damp inside the other. No other drysuit sock does that, and a two-day trip with a wet inner liner is the usual reason a diver decides their undergarment is not warm enough. Feet and hands are where a cold dive registers first. Construction is the same two-layer Arctic system used in the top and leggings, a hard-wearing outer over a brushed insulating inner, kept low in bulk because a drysuit boot or sock is sized to the foot and anything thicker changes how a fin sits. A ribbed top holds them up beneath the leggings. Seven UK sizes run 3-4 through 15-16, black throughout, which is a wider run than most drysuit socks reach. Xerotherm socks go underneath for another layer, and the whole lot sits inside the drysuit's own boot or sock. It suits a drysuit diver on a multi-day trip.
