Backscatter FLIP13 Pro Package for GoPro

Description

A GoPro cannot focus close enough for small subjects on its own, so the Backscatter FLIP13 Pro Package adds a water-corrected +15 MacroMate Mini close-up lens to the two-filter flip frame. On a muck dive the macro lens flips over the port to fill the frame with a shrimp or nudibranch, then flips away again for a passing turtle. For colour, the DIVE+ filter covers roughly 6 to 14 m and the DEEP+ roughly 14 to 24 m, each snapping firmly into its on or off position at the push of one finger. The anodised aluminium frame clamps onto the GoPro Super Suit or Protector housing for HERO5 to HERO13 cameras, keeps the front screen visible and the buttons usable in gloves, and the housing opens without removing it. The 55 mm lens adaptor that carries the macro lens also takes other 55 mm filters and lenses. A neoprene wallet keeps the set together between dives. It suits a GoPro diver who wants colour correction and macro from one compact kit.
