Apeks Black Ice Powerline Complete 19’’

Description

Corrugated hoses perish from the inside, so the first sign of trouble is usually a wing that will not hold air rather than a visible crack. Replacing the assembly complete removes the guesswork about which part had failed. This is the Black Ice Powerline in the 19 inch length. On a buoyancy compensator that has started to bleed down it restores the inflation system in one part rather than three. On a rebuild the length matters, because an airway that is too long loops and one that is too short pulls at the corrugation. On a service it is the sensible companion to a set of new dump valves, since both age at the same rate on the same unit. Inflation assemblies are wear items on any buoyancy compensator that gets used. It suits a diver replacing a tired or leaking inflation assembly.
