Fluorescence diving normally means a filter slid over the front of a light, which is one more part to lose, one more thing to fit in the dark and one more surface to flood behind. A built-in blue LED removes all three: the excitation source is inside the head and switches on like any other mode. This is the CB7200PB head assembly on its own, in a plain box with no battery, charger or accessories, bought to repair a damaged head or to hold as a spare. The main beam is a COB LED at one hundred and twenty degrees, a single continuous source rather than an array, at 5000K warm white for skin tones and reef colour that need less correction afterwards. The plain CB7200P head covers divers with no interest in fluorescence. That answers a fluorescence night dive, wide-angle video and a flooded head. It suits a videographer keeping a CB7200PB running.
