Description

A sheathed knife on a leg or a BCD is one more thing to snag, and on a streamlined rig it is often the only thing left protruding. A folding blade removes the sheath entirely. The Chaku folds by pressing the upper lever, so it opens and closes with one hand, and the flip blade is razor-sharp stainless that handles line, netting and vegetation without needing to be sawed through. Both serrated and smooth blade options are offered, which matters because serration cuts rope and monofilament faster while a smooth edge is better on soft material. A wrist strap keeps it accessible and stops it being dropped at the moment it is opened. It is compact and streamlined without giving up cutting power. Three colourways.
