CLA-T01 Conversion Lens Adapter

Description

Four grams and a threaded ring is the entire cost of turning a compact into a camera with a lens system behind it. Nothing in the converter range will mount without this, which makes it the first accessory most TG owners need and the one most often left off the order. It screws onto the camera body and presents a 40.5 mm front, carrying the FCON-T01 and FCON-T02 fisheye converters and the TCON-T01 teleconverter. That same thread takes standard 40.5 mm filters, including OM System's PRF-D40.5 protection filter, worth leaving on permanently for a camera that lives on rock and sand. Fitment runs the TG-7 back to the TG-1. One limitation matters underwater: it will not fit inside the PT-059 housing, which uses 52 mm wet lenses on the outside of its port instead, so this is for unhoused use within the camera's own 15 metre rating. It suits a TG owner adding converter lenses.
