Description
The 450 series bodies are small, which is exactly why they end up on camera rigs and helmet mounts, and exactly why they need something for a clamp to grip. This clip closes on an AL450 or CF450 barrel and presents a standard fitting, turning a torch that would otherwise be carried in a hand into a light that bolts to a tray, an arm or a bracket. It is a small part that does a disproportionate amount of work, and it is also the one most likely to be dropped over the side, so a spare in the kit box is not a bad idea. Clips cut for the 1300 bodies and for the mini spot lights cover the rest of the range; a clip of the wrong size will not close properly. It suits a diver mounting an AL450 or CF450 on a rig.
