Designed for cold-water performance, the Compact Pro Octo features a thermoconductive Polymer case, which transfers warmth from the surrounding water or the diver’s breath to the internal components. This helps prevent ice buildup inside the Octo, especially if the diver is breathing rapidly – such as during emergency use. The large, impact resistant purge button is easy to locate and operate when needed, while the adjustable Venturi can be set to pre-dive mode to reduce free-flows when not in use.
