Computer Watch Silicone Strap

Description

A dive computer usually outlasts two or three of its straps, so the sensible question is not whether a strap will need replacing but whether the right one can be found when it does. This is the silicone strap for the Cartesio, Neon, Goa and Nepto, sold separately in fifteen colourways. That choice does more than decorate: on a boat with several identical computers a distinctive strap prevents the wrong one going home in the wrong bag, and a second strap lets the same instrument be worn one way for diving and another for daily wear. Silicone stays flexible in cold water and does not perish the way older rubber compounds did when left in sunlight. Cressi publish no length figure for this part, so nothing further is claimed here. That answers a split strap, a lost one, or a wish for a change. It suits an owner of a Cartesio, Neon, Goa or Nepto.
