Big Blue Remote Control Controller Kit

Description

A light on the end of a sixteen inch arm behind a dome port is the hardest thing on a rig to reach, and reaching for it is how a subject that took ten minutes to approach gets lost. The controller solves that: it mounts on the tray, within a thumb's reach of the shutter, and changes the light's output without anything being touched at the far end of the arm. The signal travels down an optical fibre rather than a wire, so there is no electrical connection to flood or corrode on a rig already full of sealed joints. It works with the remote control capable models, the VL36000PBRC, VL20000PBRC, CB16500PBRC, VL11000PBRC, CB11000PBRC, CB4000PBRC and VL15000PBRC Plus, and the fibre itself is listed separately in one and two metre lengths. It suits a photographer running a remote controlled light on a long arm.
