Description

A primary and a backup are not the same light, and buying them as a pair rather than one at a time is how a diver ends up with two torches that make sense together. The AL1800NP-II is the primary here, a ten degree narrow beam for reaching down a wall, into a wreck or across a channel to a buddy. The AL250 is the backup, small enough to live in a BCD pocket for a hundred dives without being noticed and bright enough to finish the dive on if the primary floods. The eight colour easy clip completes the set as a marker: clipped to a cylinder valve or an SMB it makes one diver in a group identifiable at night, and eight colours means a team is not all showing the same one. Both lights are black. It suits a diver setting up a primary and backup together.
