Description

Curved lenses bend what a child sees at the edges, and for a small swimmer learning to judge the wall and the lane rope that distortion is a real obstacle rather than a cosmetic flaw. The Crab uses completely flat lenses for that reason, giving accurate vision right out to the edges, which is why Cressi position it as ideal for swim lessons. The body is silicone, sophisticated for a goggle at this size, and the fit technology is drawn from Cressi's mask work to seal on most facial profiles without being over-tightened. The lenses are shatterproof with UV protection, a scratch-resistant external treatment and an internal anti-fog treatment. The strap is interchangeable, so a perished one is replaced rather than the goggle. Sized for children roughly two to seven. It suits a young child in swimming lessons.
