Description

Junior snorkelling kit fails on fit far more often than on quality, because a mask sized for an adult face will leak on a child no matter how good the silicone is. The Cub is Aqua Lung's junior mask and snorkel set, sized as a pair for a smaller face and a smaller jaw so that the two work together rather than being an adult set scaled down. Aqua Lung do not currently list the Cub in their international range or in the 2025 buyers guides, so this listing quotes no lens material, skirt compound or valve detail that cannot be verified, and none should be assumed from the Mix or the Hero, which are different sets. What is certain is that it is a junior mask and snorkel combination. That answers a family beach holiday, a swimming pool, and a child who has outgrown a toy set. It suits a child snorkelling who needs kit that fits rather than kit that has been made smaller.
