DA-004 Standard Dovetail Plate

Description

A dovetail is a slide-and-lock fitting rather than a screw, which means a light comes off a rig in a second and goes back on in the same position every time. That repeatability is what makes it worth having on a setup that gets packed and unpacked between dives, because nothing has to be re-aimed once the plate is set. This is the standard dovetail plate from Big Blue's accessory series, machined from T6061 aluminium and measuring 1.75 inches overall. The series is designed to cater to different photographic and video systems rather than only Big Blue's own, so a dovetail already on a rig can be used as it stands.
