DA-015 Single Ball Arm with Sea and Sea Adapter

Description

This is two parts in one: a single ball arm and a Sea and Sea adapter, which together take a rig from a bare housing to a mounted, aimable light without anything else being bought. Buying the arm and the adapter separately costs more and leaves the question of whether they will actually mate. The ball on the arm is the industry standard fitting that clamps close on, so the light can be aimed and locked wherever a shot needs it and moved for the next one, rather than pointing wherever the housing faces. It is machined from T6061 aluminium, the grade Big Blue use across the accessory series because it survives salt water. That answers a Sea and Sea housing needing a light, a first rig build and a photographer replacing a seized arm. It suits a Sea and Sea owner mounting a Big Blue light on an arm.
