Description

Changing a depth gauge battery without replacing the o-ring is how a console floods, and the o-ring is precisely the part nobody has when the battery dies. This kit supplies all three parts together: battery, o-ring and closure cap, for the Cressi Digi diving console. Doing the job with a fresh seal and a fresh cap means the instrument is closed to the same standard it left the factory with, rather than relying on a compressed seal that has already done a season. Keeping one in the spares box is the sounder position, since a dead console battery is discovered on the morning of a dive and not before. Cressi supply it as a complete replacement kit for the Digi console and publish no separate specification for the battery type, so nothing further is claimed here.
