DIVE USB CABLE

Description

A dive computer holds a finite logbook and then starts writing over the oldest entries, so the record you meant to keep quietly disappears. This is the interface cable that moves those logs onto a laptop before that happens, for the D4, Zoop Novo and Vyper Novo. It matters more than it sounds in three cases. A diver working towards a course who needs logged dives that stand up. An instructor keeping records for a school. And anyone who wants a permanent history rather than the last two hundred dives. It also carries firmware and settings across, so a computer stays current rather than staying as it shipped. The connector is Suunto's own for these models, not a generic USB lead, which is why a cable from another device will not do the job. It suits any D4, Zoop Novo or Vyper Novo owner. Note the newer EON and D5 range use a different cable.
