WTX-D40 PSD Single Cylinder Wing

Description

A large single cylinder and a drysuit need real lift, and a wing that gets that lift from a fabric which frays is a false economy. This is the 40 lb single cylinder wing in the public safety specification, built from Armoguard slick skin rather than Cordura. On a contaminated water dive the slick surface rinses clean instead of trapping what it touched. On a steel cylinder and drysuit rig the 40 lbs of lift covers the weight without leaving the diver over winged. On a working schedule it dries fast and tolerates being packed away damp without turning sour, which is what usually retires a wing before it wears out. The inflator, flat dump valve and drainage are the same as the standard D40. It suits a public safety or commercial diver on a large cylinder.
