EOD23 Canister Sidemount, Canister Only

Description

Sidemount changes where the weight sits. The pot rides alongside the diver rather than on a backplate, which keeps the profile low through a restriction and puts it somewhere that can be reached, unclipped and passed forward rather than groped for behind the shoulders. This is that canister on its own, without batteries or charger, which is what a diver wants when a second pot would remove the wait on a charge between dives, or when a canister has been damaged while the cells inside it are still perfectly good. It costs a fraction of the complete system. The housing is anodised aluminium alloy, tested to one hundred and fifty metres, in black, blue and pink. Batteries and a charger are listed separately. It suits a sidemount diver who already owns EOD23 cells and a charger.
