EOS23 Canister Backmount Light System

Description

One hundred and twenty hours is the number that explains a canister light. Three EO canister cells sit in a pot on the backplate rather than in the hand, which frees the head to be small enough to wear on a glove and removes any question of burn time from a dive plan, even at the top of four power levels where it still runs twelve hours. The canister is anodised aluminium alloy, 68 by 290 millimetres, 2300 grams and 1299 grams negative in water, tested to one hundred and fifty metres, with a 0.065 metre cord to the head. Backmount routing puts the pot on the plate between the cylinders, which is the standard technical configuration; a sidemount version carries it alongside instead. It comes in black, blue and pink with the batteries, charger and a protective case included. It suits a technical diver running a canister light on a backplate.
