Description

Everything on a canister light is sealed and static except the cord, which flexes every time the head is moved and gets handled on every dive. That is why it is the part that fails, and why it is sold separately from the canister and the head. This is the E/O cord connector assembly for the EOS backmount canister, carrying power from the pot on the backplate to the light on the hand. Replacing it costs a fraction of a complete canister and puts a working system straight back into service, which is the difference between a crushed cord being an inconvenience and being the end of an expensive light. Backmount routing differs from sidemount, so the two versions are not interchangeable. It comes in black, blue and pink. That answers a damaged cord, a rebuilt rig and a spare carried on a trip. It suits a diver running an EOS backmount canister light.
