EXPRESS ADJ FINS

Description

A full-foot fin fits one thickness of sock and nothing else, which is why most divers move to an adjustable strap the first time a boot goes on. The Express ADJ is Aqua Lung's open heel fin for that transition, and the adjustable strap is the whole point: it closes over a bare foot in a warm pool, over a 3 mm bootie on a reef, and over a rock boot with a drysuit in winter, all on the same pair. Open heel fins also share more easily across a family or a club, because the strap absorbs a size or two of difference where a moulded foot pocket cannot. It comes in black and in blue. Aqua Lung publish no blade length, material or weight for this model in South Africa, so none is quoted here. It suits a diver moving from a full-foot fin to a booted setup.
