Fantasea PinkEye Filter F Series

Description

Green water swallows reds and turns a scene murky, and the Fantasea PinkEye Filter F Series puts a magenta filter over the port to bring that colour back. It is made for Fantasea's F Series housings, the FG7X, FG16, FG15, FP7100 and FP7000 built for the Canon PowerShot G7 X, G16 and G15 and the Nikon Coolpix P7100 and P7000. The adaptor frame fits straight over the housing lens port and can go on or come off during the dive, so a diver can shoot filtered video along a kelp bed and take the filter off for a strobe-lit close-up. In shallow green water the filter can stand in for artificial light altogether. The PinkEye insert also lifts out of its frame and slots into the BigEye Lens F Series or the EyeDaptor F67, keeping colour correction when a wide or close-up lens is fitted. A secure line keeps it attached to the rig. It suits a Fantasea F Series housing owner diving green coastal and inland water.
