Description

Every dive kit accumulates things that need holding down: a rolled wetsuit, a coiled hose, a folded mesh bag, a pair of fins in a car boot. A fastening strap is the simplest answer, and having a proper one means the job stops being done with a bungee cord that perishes or a piece of line that has to be knotted and cut. It goes round the item, pulls tight and holds, and it comes undone in one movement when needed.
