Flex-Connect GoPro Camera Adapter

Description

Mounted on a cold shoe above an underwater camera, an action camera records video continuously while stills are being taken, which turns one dive into two sets of footage without a second diver holding anything. This adapter is what makes that possible: it brings a GoPro or similar into the SeaLife lighting system, onto a Flex-Connect grip, handle, Flex Arm or cold shoe mount, rather than leaving it on a separate mount with no light on it. It uses the standard M5 screw thread action camera mounts are built on, so it takes the camera's own thumb screw, which is not supplied on the assumption that a GoPro owner already has one. Other devices and lights using the same mount pattern fit equally. Trays and grips take it as readily as a cold shoe, so the mounting point is a matter of preference. It suits a photographer running a second camera on one rig.
