Description

Open cell neoprene seals against the skin, so little water moves through the suit and the diver stays warm through long freediving sessions. The Free Divers black open cell wetsuit uses stretch open cell neoprene with anatomical cuts and overlock blind stitching, in 3.5mm or 5mm. A loading pad with an extra 3.5mm of padding protects the chest when loading a speargun. The two-piece design moves easily when freediving and spearfishing: a long-sleeve jacket with hood, loading pad and two beaver tail clips, worn with a farmer john with shoulder straps or pants. In warmer summer water, the 3.5mm suits long sessions. For cold Atlantic water off the Cape, the 5mm adds warmth. The neoprene also protects against jellyfish, coral and rocks. It suits a freediver or spearfisher who wants a warm, flexible two-piece suit.
