Free Divers Lead Weight 1kg

Description

Getting the weighting right is the difference between a relaxed dive and a fight with buoyancy, and adding or removing a kilo at a time is how most divers find the balance. The Free Divers 1kg weight is a cast lead block that threads onto a weight belt. A freediver tuning their weighting for a new wetsuit can add or drop one block at a time. A spearfisher hunting in a thicker suit for cold water can stack several on a rubber belt. Scuba divers using a belt rather than integrated pockets can use it the same way. The right amount depends on body composition, suit thickness, salt or fresh water and depth, and is best confirmed with a weight check at the surface. It suits any diver building or adjusting a weight belt.
