Free Divers Leviathan Roller Speargun

Description

A kicker band adds a second source of power to a roller gun, and the Free Divers Leviathan runs one 16mm band through the roller muzzle and a second on the kicker. A 7mm double notch spear sits on a deep rail, released by a stainless steel trigger that keeps the shot silent and accurate. Over sandy ground, the non-bearing rollers are the version Free Divers specify. On clean reef and in open water, the bearing rollers give a smoother, faster release for big fish at range. For a boat trip after large pelagics, the 110 or 120cm length gives the reach to match the extra band. Aluminium and carbon fibre barrels come in 90 to 120cm, each with a dyneema wishbone, load assist, tuna clip and muzzle boingi. It suits an experienced spearfisher hunting large reef and open-water species who wants a kicker as well as rollers.
