Free Divers Ranger Blue Water Elite Speargun

Description

Open-water fish rarely come close, so the Free Divers Ranger Blue Water Elite splits its power across two 16mm bands and a 7mm double notch spear. Loading two bands instead of one heavier band spreads the effort, and the frictionless stainless steel trigger keeps the release clean and silent along the deep rail. On a blue-water drop-off, a 120 or 130cm barrel gives the reach for a fish circling at the edge of visibility. Over deep reef, the mid lengths balance range against the need to turn quickly. The carbon fibre version, in 100 to 120cm, gives a diver who spends hours on the float line a lighter, stiffer barrel. Aluminium guns run from 50 to 130cm. Every gun arrives with a DIY wishbone, tuna clip and muzzle boingi. It suits an experienced spearfisher chasing large reef and deep-water species who wants two-band power.
