Description
A reel line that runs loose along the barrel can tangle with the shooting line or foul on the muzzle, which is why reel-equipped guns carry a guide. The Free Divers reel eye is a replacement guide for routing the reel line along a speargun. A diver adding a reel to a gun for the first time can fit an eye at the same time. Someone whose guide has bent or snapped can replace it before the next session. Workshops rigging reels for customers can keep a few ready on the bench. Free Divers do not publish dimensions for this part, so fit on another maker's gun should be checked before ordering. It suits a spearfisher fitting or maintaining a reel on a Free Divers speargun.
