Free Divers Rubicon Zenith Speargun

Description

A single thick band is the simplest way to put real energy behind a shot, and the Free Divers Rubicon Zenith is built around one 20mm band and a 7mm single notch spear. The deep rail keeps the shaft straight on release, and the frictionless stainless steel trigger lets go cleanly and silently. On a reef full of holes and ledges, the 70 to 90cm guns stay easy to point at close range. Over deeper ground, the 110 to 130cm barrels reach fish that sit a few metres off. For divers who prefer a carbon fibre barrel, the Zenith also comes in carbon from 80 to 120cm with the same band, spear and trigger. Each gun is supplied rigged with a DIY wishbone, tuna clip and muzzle boingi, so it is ready to dive. It suits an intermediate to experienced spearfisher hunting large reef fish and deep-water species with a single-band set-up.
