Description
Single-band guns only need one notch, and the Free Divers Single Notch spear keeps the shaft simple for that set-up. It is made from high tensile spring steel with an anti-corrosive coating, and a Free Divers barb comes fitted. The 6.6mm shaft suits the lighter single-band guns, while the 7mm matches the spear supplied with 20mm band guns such as the Ranger Elite, Rubicon Zenith and Infinity Sphere. A diver who bends a spear on a rock mid-season can replace it in the same diameter and length. Others carry a spare so a lost shaft does not end the trip early. Lengths run from 90cm to 1.7m in 10cm steps, covering most barrel sizes. It suits a spearfisher with a single-band gun who needs a replacement or spare spear.
