The ScubaPro FM2 is a redesigned full face mask built to increase comfort, expand functionality, and maximise safety for cold-water, wreck, cave, and technical diving. A large single-lens faceplate with no centre post maximises field of view and meets EN250 standards for field of vision, while a familiar three-port layout uses larger port fittings to accommodate ScubaPro's latest generation of second stages. A single oro-nasal cavity, in place of the previous dual-compartment design, allows more natural breathing, easier speech when a communication system is fitted, and prevents nose-piece flooding. The nose pocket uses a D-mask shape, giving room for easy equalisation even when wearing thick gloves.

The FM2 is suited to military, commercial, and technical divers, as well as recreational divers moving into cold-water or advanced diving environments. It supports the use of a secondary air source and can be fitted for underwater communication systems.
