Description

The two halves of a freediving fin wear out at different rates: blades get chipped and eventually snapped, while a foot pocket usually outlives them, and on a modular fin neither failure forces the other to be replaced. This is the foot pocket for the Cressi Gara Modular, sold on its own, which means a torn pocket is replaced while the blades are kept, or a second pocket in a different size is bought so the same blades can be shared or fitted over a thicker sock in winter. Six sizes are offered, from 3.5/4 UK through 12/13 UK. Cressi publish no material specification for this part, so nothing further is claimed here. That answers a split pocket, a change of boot thickness and a spare kept against a season-ending tear. It suits a Gara Modular owner replacing or adding a foot pocket.
