QuickFit 26 mm Bungee Mount

Description

A wrist band is sized for a bare arm, and over a thick wetsuit, a drysuit cuff or a heavy jacket it either will not close or will not stay put. Garmin's 26 mm bungee mount replaces the band with two QuickFit mounts and an adjustable shock cord, elastic enough to wear comfortably on the surface while remaining snug at depth. The cord system is redundant, so the watch stays in place, and it can sit on the back of the hand or further up the forearm, wherever the screen reads best. It comes into its own on a drysuit dive, where a band set up on the boat rarely suits the suit underwater, for technical divers who want the screen on the back of the hand and clear of a light and a reel, and for a cold-weather hike or boat trip where the watch has to go over a jacket sleeve. It fits the 26 mm Descent models: the Mk1, Mk2, Mk2i, Mk3i 51 mm and X30. It suits any diver wearing thick exposure protection.
