Anti-Fog Gel 30ml

Description

Spit works until it does not, and the dive where it fails is usually the one that mattered. A dedicated anti-fog gel is more reliable because it leaves a consistent film rather than depending on how thoroughly someone rubbed saliva around a lens in the dark. This is Cressi's gel in a 30 ml tube, effective on both dive masks and swimming goggles. The method matters as much as the product: it is spread on the inside of the lenses before they are wetted, not after, and a lens that is already wet will not take the film properly. A tube this size lasts a long time because the quantity per application is small, which makes it easy to keep one permanently in a dive bag. It also avoids the hygiene question that comes with a shared rental mask. It suits a diver or swimmer whose mask fogs and who would rather not rely on spit.
