Big Blue Globe Light Filter, 120 mm

Description

The VL65000P and CB60000P are the largest lights Big Blue build, and pointing that much output down a narrow cone is precisely wrong for the one job a light of any size sometimes has to do, which is to be seen rather than to see. A globe filter is a frosted dome that fits over the front of the head and turns the beam into a soft glow readable from almost any angle, so a light left on a shot line, under a hull or at a night entry point marks a position rather than pointing at one. The same diffusion works as very soft fill on a large camera rig, wrapping the light around a subject and removing the hard shadow edge a bare source throws. This is the 120 millimetre size, the largest in the series. It suits a diver marking a position with a VL65000P or CB60000P.
