SCUBAPRO Ghost Mask

Description

A frameless mask puts the lens straight onto the skirt with no plastic frame between them, which is what keeps the internal volume low and the profile close to the face. Less volume means less air spent clearing it and less squeeze on descent. The Ghost adds a super-soft silicone skirt that blocks reflected light at the edges, and that matters most to photographers, who lose contrast in a viewfinder when light leaks in from the side. The single Ultra Clear lens is distortion free rather than merely transparent. Its strap releases on a push button and adjusts on a lever, so the mask comes off over a hood without anything being unthreaded, and the buckles flex through a wide range of angles, which also lets the whole mask fold flat into a BCD pocket. Seven colours are stocked on the same body. It suits a photographer, a travelling diver, or any average face that a low volume mask fits.
