Description

Footage from a head mount tracks what the diver was actually looking at, rather than where a handheld camera happened to point, and framing becomes a matter of turning the head. This clamps to the frame of a double-lens dive mask and carries an action camera there, leaving both hands free for a reel, a light or a buddy, with nothing extra to unclip and stow at the end of the dive. It fits almost any double-lens mask on the market rather than being cut for one model, clamping to the frame with no drilling and no permanent alteration, so the mask goes back to standard the moment the mount comes off. Low volume and light, it keeps drag down and stops the mask being pulled off balance on one side. Two cable tips are supplied for extra security. Mounted high on the face it adds a little windage on a surface swim. Single-lens and frameless masks are outside its fit. It suits a diver shooting hands-free video.
