Description

Kit that lives in a heap gets forgotten, damaged and left behind, and the reason is almost always that there is nowhere sensible to put each piece. The Helios is built around organisation rather than volume: a space-efficient layout that keeps everything in one place, both in a cupboard between trips and on the way to the water, so a set can be grabbed complete when conditions come right at short notice. That readiness is the actual argument for it. The materials are chosen for marine environments rather than general outdoor use, which is a different specification and matters on a bag that lives in salt. Being a backpack, it puts the load on the back and leaves both hands free for a gun, a float or a ladder. It suits a spearfisher who wants their kit packed and ready rather than assembled each time.
