Apeks Hose Flexi 3/8"

Description

Braided flexi hose is lighter than rubber, packs smaller and does not hold the set in a coil it was stored in, which is why travelling divers change over and rarely change back. This is the Apeks flexi low pressure hose in two lengths. On a travel trip the weight and pack size difference across a full set of hoses is worth real baggage allowance. On a long hose configuration the two metre version routes round the body with less spring fighting the diver. On a single cylinder rig the one metre suits a conventional primary. Flexi hose is more supple than rubber but it must still be checked at the ferrules before every trip. The 3/8 inch UNF fitting goes onto any Apeks first stage. It suits a diver rebuilding a rig lighter, in either length.
