Apeks Hose HP 800mm

Description

A high pressure hose is the one part of a rig that carries full cylinder pressure, so it is not a place to fit an unbranded spare. This is the Apeks 800mm hose, the standard length for a gauge routed under the left arm on a single cylinder rig. On a recreational set up it puts the console where a diver can read it without unclipping. On a twinset it reaches from the left post to a gauge clipped at the hip. On a service it replaces a hose that has started to weep at the swage, which is the point at which a gauge hose must be retired rather than watched. It carries the 7/16 inch UNF fitting that goes into the high pressure port of any Apeks first stage. It suits a diver replacing a perished gauge hose or building a rig from parts, and a 180mm version is stocked for a compact gauge.
