The ScubaPro Second Stage Hose Protector fits over the low-pressure hose at its connection to a second stage, extending the working life of the hose at the point where flex and wear concentrate. Internal ribbing keeps a gap between the protector and the hose itself, allowing water to flush through and reducing the trapped grit and salt buildup that contributes to hose damage over time. External baffles guide the hose into a natural, progressive bend rather than a sharp one, reducing stress at the fitting during normal handling and storage.

The protector is made from PVC and includes a spare O-ring holder built into the design, giving a diver a convenient place to carry a replacement O-ring without a separate pouch. It fits most standard scuba regulator hoses and second stages, making it a straightforward retrofit rather than a model-specific accessory. Colour options include black and a range of brights, including Turquoise and pink.
