The H2O HP Hose in 80 cm is a high pressure hose connecting a first stage to a pressure gauge or console. Eighty centimetres is the standard length for a console routed under the left arm to the hip.
High pressure hoses fail differently from low pressure ones: they are thicker walled and they leak slowly rather than bursting, so a persistent stream of fine bubbles at the gauge end is the sign to replace one. Hoses are a scheduled replacement item, not a run-to-failure one.
