Description

What decides an airline bag is what the kit weighs the morning after a dive, not what it weighed dry in the shop. This one comes out of a bakkie close to its dry weight: the harness is fabric-free Monprene gel with nothing to soak or rot, and Instant Dry Technology sheds water from the bladder almost at once. Ergo-Lite drops a quarter of the weight out of the original Hydros Pro plate, contours it to the body, pads it and puts a handle at each end. The bladder is heavy-duty and double-coated with Cordura protection on the dorsal weight-wing, and internal air flow is unobstructed so it dumps from any position without a shoulder-up posture. A torso flex zone adapts to torso length and the Super Cinch 2 band takes aluminium or steel cylinders. It suits a travelling diver wanting a modular back-inflation BCD.
