SCUBAPRO Hydros Pro Mini D-Ring Set

Description

A full-size shoulder D-ring stands proud and catches line, which is the argument for rings sized well under it. This set adds those small attachment points to the Multi-Mount Matrix on a Hydros Pro harness, so clip points sit where a diver wants them rather than where the factory put the shoulder rings. The kit is a mounting plate, the mini D-rings and two stainless steel screws, bolting straight to the Matrix points with no sewing and no webbing to thread. SCUBAPRO intend the rings to run with bungee cord sets, carabiners or Magnetic Quick Clips rather than heavy hardware, which keeps the working loads modest; they are not rated for lifting or for slinging a stage cylinder. A marker buoy or torch then clips off close to the body, and a hose routed through a mini ring stops swinging on the kick cycle. Nothing added stands far enough off the harness to snag a wreck line. It suits a Hydros Pro owner tidying up clip points and hose routing.
