Description

Reaching across the body for a pressure gauge breaks trim and takes a hand off whatever it was doing, and this bundle removes the reach entirely. It pairs the i770R with a transmitter in the box, so cylinder pressure and gas time remaining read from the wrist alongside depth and no-decompression time. The screen is a full colour TFT rather than a segment display, which is what makes a decompression schedule readable at a glance in poor visibility, and a 3D digital compass removes a separate instrument from the console. The battery is rechargeable lithium-ion, so there is no battery change to arrange before a trip. Three buttons and the Z+ algorithm handle everything from open water to recreational technical diving, with oxygen from 21 to 100 per cent and PO2 set between 1.1 and 1.6. It suits a diver going air integrated in one purchase rather than adding the transmitter later.
