Description

Small subjects such as nudibranchs, shrimp and blennies look lost in a wide action camera frame, and the Intova Close-Up Lens brings them up to fill it. It is a slip-on macro lens for the Intova X2, HD2 and DUB cameras, with a +12 magnification element in K9 optical glass set in an anodised aluminium body. Underwater, it focuses from about 15 cm to 1 m, which suits a slow reef dive where a subject stays put on the rock. On land, the focus range shortens to about 3 to 15 cm, so it can also shoot close detail in a rock pool or on the beach. A lanyard keeps it attached to the camera or the wrist when it is off the lens, so it is not lost mid-dive. It suits an Intova X2, HD2 or DUB owner who wants to film small marine life up close.
