Description
The IST Diver Below Buoy is an inflatable surface buoy that tells boats and swimmers where a diver is beneath the water. A wide, stable base and a conical shape help it stay upright and in place. A ring at the bottom takes quick release weights, which keeps the buoy steady in choppy water or wind. A bottom valve prevents over inflation. The buoy comes with a traditional diver down flag measuring about 30 x 38 cm.
